• Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and authorised.
   

• We ship within the UK (and may offer international shipping where specified).
   
• Delivery charges and estimated times are displayed at checkout.
   
• We aim to dispatch items promptly but are not responsible for delays caused by external couriers or events beyond our control.
   

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging.
   
• Some items (e.g. personalised or hygiene-sensitive goods) may be non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund, as appropriate, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
