Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your order:

• You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your items.
   
• You then have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
   

To start a return or request a cancellation, please email info@atalaya.co.uk with your order number and reason for return (optional).

To be eligible for a refund:

• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and original packaging (where possible).
   
• Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
   

Return postage:

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
   
• We recommend using a tracked or insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
   

Returns should be sent to our designated return address (provided by email once you initiate the return process).

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Custom or personalised items
   
• Earrings or other intimate jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
   
• Perishable goods
   

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Refunds will include the original item price and standard delivery cost (if applicable).
   
• We are not obliged to refund upgraded or express delivery costs.
   
• We reserve the right to make a deduction if the value of the goods has been reduced due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
   

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@atalaya.co.uk.

In such cases, we will offer:

• A full refund,
   
• A replacement, or
   
• A repair (if appropriate)
   

We will cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrect items.
